Needs rewired, insulated, sheetrock whole interior, new metal roof, porches need took off and rebuild, 10 windows need to be replaced, new hard wood floors, 8 new doors, new vinyl siding, replumbing thoughout, need 2 bathrooms built, new kitchen sink, cabinets, countertops.
