Kristen V asked:

(I think) ice on my roof and icicles has made my window leak, and it is dripping RIGHT NOW and I want to know what to do until I can fix it? It is leaking where the wood frame meets the vinyl frame. Right now I have rigged up a funnel-tube-bucket contraption to catch the water, because it saturated 3 towels in 40 minutes and I couldn’t stand there holding it any longer. Any help at all would be appreciated. I am mostly looking for tips on what to do right now until the water decides that it wants to be done dripping.
By 3 towels, I mean 3 shower size towels. It’s dripping in a steady stream, so evaporation isn’t really an option.
It’s a second story window, and it is dark out right now.

Fransisca
