You need to show that you know something about the products and services the company offers so study up on the company and what they do. Be polite, listen, answer questions, be confident, tell them what skills you have to offer and how you would be a benefit to the company. Dress business style-professional, jacket, blouse, skirt (and not a mini skirt) and low heel shoes. I am sure you have seen other receptionist and how they dress. Don’t over do the makeup either, remember professional! Be confident and relaxed.
Good Luck!!
