how do I make vinyl window car decals at home?

I have 4 kids who all play sports and their school does not have those sports window decals available. Does anyone know how to make some at home. I’ve tried printing shops and they all want $20 or more for each one.

   You can get packages of vinyl window cling stuff at office supply stores that you can print on, on your home printer . . .

   Maybe scan the image into the computer and print . . .

   The open areas your color of your wanting let it dry over night then mix up white glue and food color of your design of your color of.
