Did Marvin buyout Pella?

Did Marvin windows buyout Pella windows? If so, when? Where can I find information about it?

Pella’s web site makes no mention of such. In a news release dated may 19, 2009 Pat Meyer was named to lead Pella Corp as President and CEO to succeed current President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mel Haught upon Haught’s planned retirement Nov. 30.

Marvin Windows and Doors is part of The Marvin Companies which also includes Integrity Windows and Doors and Infinity Replacement Windows. No mention of a buyout of Pella is made on their site..
