Question about Windows – Vinyl or not?

vinyl windows
Katherine S asked:

We are looking to replace all of our windows in our home. We live in a modest home in Northeast PA. One company is selling us the Fiberglass windows while another is saying Vinyl will be okay. I have yet to find a neighbor who has bought Fiberglass. Is that nice of a window really neccessary? What about a BF RIch Window? Thoughts?
